CONFIRMATION | CHOSEN
To register, your teen must have already completed one year of faith formation in Life Teen (High School) or their 8th Grade year in EDGE (Middle School), either here or at another Catholic parish (with a verification letter).
If your teen has not yet completed a prior year of formation, they will need to register first for Life Teen or EDGE. In this case, Confirmation preparation would begin the following year, after that first year is completed.
Note: Your family must be registered parishioners at the Shrine of St. Padre Pio before enrolling. Parish registration is available online.
When: Sundays 3:45 PM - 5:15 PM

LIFE TEEN (High School)
Life Teen at the Shrine of St. Padre Pio is our high energy high school faith program for grades 9–12. Fully Catholic and rooted in Scripture and Church teaching, Life Teen helps teens and their families grow closer to Jesus and embrace His Church!
Through Sunday Mass, small groups, adoration, praise and worship, and engaging activities, teens are challenged to live their faith boldly, build lasting friendships, and prepare spiritually for life after high school. All teens are welcomed!
When: Sundays 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

EDGE (Middle School)
VIEW CALENDAREDGE at the Shrine of St. Padre Pio is our middle school faith program for grades 6–8. Fully Catholic and rooted in Scripture and Church teaching, EDGE helps young teens discover Jesus’ love and grow in their relationship with Him and His Church.
Through engaging small groups, games, discussion, and prayer experiences like adoration and worship, EDGE equips middle schoolers to live their faith boldly, form lasting friendships, and build a strong foundation for high school and beyond.
When: Mondays 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

DIRECTOR OF YOUTH MINISTRY
Born in Los Angeles, California, Rony Galdamez is a husband, father of four, and an energetic youth minister with a heart for building the Kingdom of God. A lifelong baseball fan, unapologetic fantasy football addict, and lover of biblical theology and apologetics, Rony brings that same energy and passion into ministry and everyday life.
When he’s not guiding teens closer to Christ or spending time with his family, Rony is writing and recording music that blends modern sound with timeless faith. As a Christian music artist, he is currently working on his debut solo EP, but you can check out some of his earlier work with the worship team he founded [Click Here to Listen].
At the center of it all, Rony’s mission is simple: to love deeply, help raise a new generation of believers, foster Kingdom builders, and play a small part in seeing God’s one true Church thrive.

DEVO: LIVING & BREATHING
SUMMER 2026
DEVO, short for Devotion, is more than a name, it’s a way of life. Devotion means being rooted, intentional, and all in, not just on Sundays, but in the everyday moments that actually shape who we are. DEVO is an extension of the Pio Youth Movement, a space where faith is lived and breathed, not forced or faked. God’s Word is timeless, alive, and promising, and this summer we’re creating a place where high school teens can encounter it together through real conversations, authentic community, and a culture that feels like home.
No fee, no registration, no pressure. Just family, belonging, and an outlet to grow in faith and fellowship. DEVO is the place to be this summer, happening Wednesday evenings all summer 2026.
